Thank you to the CCHS Swim and Dive team for braving the harsh fall snow storm to help out with the 5th annual Beede Masters swim meet. I love the way this meet brings the community together, both youngters and oldsters. The oldsters think it's really groovy that the high school team members are standing at the end of their lanes with stopwatches in hand and cheering them on.
Swimmers, remember the second week of swimming I will be meeting with you and discussing your goals for the season. You should have received an email with a list of things to think about with respect to your goals. The email was sent on 10/24 and titled GOALS.
